Project in honour of distinguished writers at Calafell

The Le Meridien RA Hotel in el Vendrell is undertaking a project in honour of distinguished writers such as Carlos Barral, García Márquez or Vargas Llosa, who have been associated with Calafell mainly because the writer Carlos Barral had a house overlooking the sea there, where they met together (currently the “Casa Museo Carlos Barral”). As part of this project, 5 painters have been requested to depict these writers in portraits, which will be a prevalent feature in one of the rooms in the hotel.
